We currently have a concrete patio off our house that had settled and is sloping towards our houses foundation (when it rains water pools at the foundation). We would like to have it torn out and a new wood patio put in. Right now we walk down 2 steps to get to our patio and with the new wood one we would like it to be level with the house.

We have a rectangular deck 18' x 22' with a 3' rail on one 22' side and two 5' wide steps. We would like bids on composite decking. The joists are currently 24" on center.
